Hulu Has 20 Million Subscribers and is Still Pushing for More

Hulu Has 20 Million Subscribers and is Still Pushing for MoreJust a few weeks ago I wrote about my observation that Hulu is Pushing for More Subscribers. Now, only a few weeks later, Hulu is reporting tremendous subscriber growth. On January 8 2018, Hulu reported 17 Million subscribers. And just 4 months later, Hulu has 20 Million subscribers and is still pushing for more.

Yes, that’s right!

In 4 short months since January 8 2018, Hulu has ADDED 3 Million Subscribers! That is simply incredible growth.

The competition between streaming media providers is heating up. Home TV entertainment is a MULTI-BILLION dollar industry. And it looks like Hulu wants to compete – aggressively.

Hulu Continues to Invest in Original Shows and Movies

Here are just a few of the Hulu Original shows and movies planned.

  • Four Weddings and a Funeral
  • Ramy
  • Catch-22
  • The First
  • Castle Rock
  • Little Fires Everywhere
  • Into The Dark (Year-Round Horror Event Series)

PLUS… Hulu renews Handmaid’s Tale for a 3rd season.

The Season 3 renewal of Handmaid’s Tale is really no surprise for this award-winning series. But the renewal announcement is just weeks off of the Season 2 release. So the renewal is great news to fans.

Hulu still has a way to go to reach Netflix’s U.S. subscriber total of 56.7 Million.
